On July 20th Guanghan Shida HR Department organized more than 30 leaders and staff to have an expanding training in Pi County Wild Deer Center.
This training is mainly aimed at the characteristics of Shida staff. It effectively combines the practical problems between growth and work. It also combines study content and life experience gradually.
¡¡¡¡During the training course, every staff owes enthusiasm and combative. They encourage each other, hold each other together, inspire potential and challenge for themselves. And last, they accomplished a series of defiant training items.
After the training, Shida staff made the self-summaries. They all think that through this training, they improve their social reorganization, self-management, communication ability and also strengthen co-operation consciousness. They hope to use these experiences persistently in the future, recognize their own potential and deficiency, and learn to face life with active attitude.
